I’m Kim and this is my story about life starting over again.
I had a Stroke January 14th 2016. All sorts of things have changed in my life, but essentially i am still the same as I was, getting better all the time, training my brain if you like !!!
It’s about your outlook and lifestyle changes as well and having a goal.

Kim, congratulations on putting together this wonderful blog. I am so pleased to read your account of the stem cell treatment at UCLH – its lovely to hear nice feedback. You are so inspiring!

Kim, I can’t believe how far you’ve come. Reading your story will inspire others and help them in the fact that by having a stroke doesn’t mean your life is over. There’s hope and progress if you strive for it, which You’ve certainly shown. You’ve helped mum by getting her motivated to want to do more and have goals on where she wants to be. You’ve been a inspiration and a very determined woman. Keep sharing your story to help as many people as possible!

Kim, reading you blog is an inspiration to all of us that are able bodied so I can only imagine how much hope and confidence you must give to those that have suffered such a setback in their life as you have.
Seeing you use the chest press made me really emotional knowing how much determination that took. I hope you will continue to update everyone with your progress as i know you will continue to go from strength to strength. I am proud to know you and call you a friend.
